How to Join
New Cadets and Senior Members are always welcome!
The Owatonna Composite Squadron meets every Tuesday night at 6:30-9 p.m. at the Owatonna Degner Airport. Our meetings rotate between leadership development, emergency services, physical training and safety. You are welcome to attend any of our meetings where you can see and participate as much as you'd like. After three visits, you are eligible to join. We will then help you complete and send in your paperwork. That's it!
THERE ARE 3 TYPES OF CAP MEMBERSHIPS:

Cadets, ages 12-18

Seniors, 18+ years old

Sponsors, 18+ years old
Senior members are actively involved with the cadets and their activities. A sponsor member is a member who wants to help CAP in some way but is not able to be a full-time member due to other time and scheduling conflicts.
